The company was founded on 11.12.1998 with the aim of managing the Akman Condominium (222 flats), Akman Emporium (shopping mall), Akman Medicorium (hospital) complex constructed on 51,000 m2 indoor area on Konya Road in Ankara; also other real estates owned by the holding.
