Fruit Juice

The company, which was founded in 1969 and became “Ersu Fruit and Food Industry Co. Inc.” as of 1984, is an integrated plant that processes all kinds of fruits and vegetables, is capable of producing fruit juice, concentrated fruit and puree, fills the products into glass bottles, plastic bottles and cardboard packages untouched by human hands.

Ersu ensured its products to reach international quality and standards with new investments and succeeded in becoming a pioneering firm. It obtained its “ISO 9001” certificate in 1999. Ersu Plants, based in Ereğli, has 24,000 m2 of indoor area on a land of 164,000 m2. Ersu Fruit Juice Factory is the only plant in Turkey that is capable of producing all sorts of fruit juice and concentrate; yearly 200 thousand tons of fruit is processed in this factory and 80% thereof is exported. Ersu also put Aksu Plants into operation in Niğde in early 1998. Plastic barrel productions also started with Aksu Plants. It is a public Co. Inc. and was listed in Istanbul Stock Exchange in 2000.

Golden Fruit Juice and Food Industry Co. Inc. was founded in 1988 in Antalya Korkuteli and it continues production that started in 1989 with its 11,500 m² indoor area on a total area of 32,000 m².

It is the only plant in Turkey  that holds “tank form” / storage tank with 1200 ton capacity; 3500 ton / season apple production capacity; yearly 30 million lt. fruit juice filling capacity with 2 tetra-pak, 1 1-l. glass bottle, 1 ¼-l. glass bottle filling line and cold storage. It is also the first firm that applied ultra filtration technology in Turkey.

Golden is a brand in demand that is exported to five continents globally after the most beautiful Turkish golden sort of apples from this town are processed.
